In Name

Grace...

Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ is the only way God saves sinners. The works of men, their religion, and sincerity will be rejected at the judgment.

Baptist...

We are Baptist in doctrine and practice. We are not reform or non-denominational.

Church...

We are a local assembly of baptized believers in Jesus Christ, Who did not come to build a temple, a community, a fellowship or a chapel, but rather a church.

In Doctrine

  • The Sovereignty of God
  • The Lordship of Christ
  • Total Human Depravity and Inability
  • The Unconditional Election of Sinners
  • The Particular Redemption For the Elect
  • Irresistible Saving Grace
  • The Perseverance of Believers
  • The responsibility of every human being to repent and trust Christ

In Worship

Our services are traditional and conservative. We do not cater to contemporary preaching and music. We seek to worship, not celebrate. Our purpose is to worship God in spirit and in truth, and not to make people feel better about themselves.

In Missions

Jesus Christ commissioned His church to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to every living creature. To do this, our church supports missionaries monthly who are serving on home and foreign fields.

In Membership

It is my joy and privilege to serve as pastor of this church. Our people have a genuine love for the Lord Jesus and for the Word of God. Plus, they love each other. This is readily seen as we weekly gather for worship, and as they pray and care for each other. We gladly welcome and invite guests to come visit with us. Should the Lord lead you to do so, you will likely find this church family to be one of the friendliest you have ever visited. Our church receives members in three ways:

  1. Profession of faith and baptism
  2. Letter of recommendation
  3. Statement of faith and previous baptism by immersion

In the Gospel

Jesus Christ came into this world to save sinners. The execution of such a salvation involves His death, burial and resurrection from the grave. The Holy Spirit regenerates the sinner, thus enabling him to repent and believe in Christ as Saviour and Lord. God will preserve the believer, and the believer will persevere unto the Second Coming of Christ.

We Believe and Teach

The Bible is the inerrant and infallible Word of God. (II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:21)

God is one God manifesting Himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and is absolutely Sovereign. (Psalm 115:3; Daniel 4:35)

Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, truly God and fully man. He was virgin born, sinless in His life, died for sinners on the Cross, and bodily arose from the dead. He ascended back into heaven at the Father’s right hand where He will remain until the time of His Second Coming. (Luke 1:35; John 1:14, 18; Romans 5:8; Hebrews 10:12)

The Holy Spirit is a person of the Godhead Who regenerates sinners and convinces them of their need of a Saviour. (John 3:1-8; John 16:8-11)

Every human being is born into the world spiritually dead in sins. Not only is he born in sins, but practices and chooses sin. He is responsible to repent of his sins and trust Christ for salvation. If he does not, he will die in his sins and go into the eternal perdition of Hell. (John 3:18, 36; Matthew 25:41)

The Second Coming will take place when Christ returns for His own, and establishes a reign of righteousness on this earth. (I Thessalonians 4:11-16; Revelation 19:11-16; Revelation 20:1-7)
